Chris Ferguson is a proven creative leader, team builder, and problem solver.
As Chief Creative Officer at Weber Shandwick he oversees offices in Washington D.C., Baltimore, Atlanta, and Dallas.
He has over 20 years of global creative experience working with many of the world’s leading brands including Nike, Google, Under Armour, USPS, Hilton, CDC, and Pernod Ricard.
Prior to Weber Shandwick, Chris was the Senior Global Creative Director at Under Armour focused on concepts and strategy across all categories and continents. Before Under Armour, Chris was the Executive Creative Director of Tribal DDB Worldwide, co-leading the New York office, and prior to that he was Creative Director at R/GA and TBWA/Chiat/Day.
Notably, while at R/GA, Chris’s work for the Ad Council to bring famine relief to the Horn of Africa was shared 117 million times in a single day, garnering over $100 million in donations for the region and earning him an invitation to the White House.
Chris has served on the Webby’s, Effies, Clios, New York Festivals, and the Facebook Studio Awards juries. His work has been recognized by Cannes, The One Club, Sabre Awards, Webby’s, Andy’s, Clios, AICP, London International Awards, Communication Arts, The Art Director's Club, Effie's, Adweek, Ad Age, and Creativity.
Chris, and his brother Greg, are the founders of The Ferguson Foundation a non-profit dedicated to improving healthcare and education around the world.
